On June 1, 2020, the Club West golf course land was purchased by the “Park at Club West” company (formerly known as The Edge), who we’ve read want to build new houses on part of the land and leave the rest as a walkable park for residents.  No one knows where the new houses will be built, or if the entire golf course could eventually have new housing or commercial development.

The Club West Conservancy believes that the views of the community on this matter should be surveyed.  

This survey has been mailed to every Club West homeowner, but we’re offering you the opportunity to complete it online now.  The vote can be anonymous if you like, but we do need an address because there should be only one vote per address (no duplicates please).

A summary of the Survey Results will be shared openly with the entire Club West community.
